Abstract

This article reveals the effective management of costs in industrial enterprises as the main pillar of economic growth. The reduction of non-renewable resources in the countries of the world in the last decade is caused by the development of many mines, deforestation, and unlimited mining of mineral raw materials in order to satisfy their needs. As a result, demand for resources in countries is increasing, leading to higher costs of extracting and processing them. Proposals and conclusions are given on the task of cost control and excellent management by efficient use of resources in front of enterprises.
