Abstract

Sanoat korxonalarida adaptiv boshqaruv tizimlarini shakllantirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari va samaradorlikni baholash mexanizmlari tizimli ravishda o‘rganildi. Kibernetik yondashuv, dinamik qobiliyatlar konsepsiyasi va strategik menejment paradigmalari asosida adaptiv tizimning strukturaviy elementlari aniqlandi. Muhit monitoringi, qaror qabul qilish, ijro etish va qayta aloqa mexanizmlari o‘rtasidagi funksional bog‘liqlik nazariy tarzda asoslandi. Samaradorlik indikatorlari moslashuv tezligi, resurs elastikligi va innovatsion aktivlik o‘lchovlari bo‘yicha matritsa shaklida tizimlashtirildi. Xalqaro akademik va uslubiy manbalarga tayangan holda integral baholash modeli shakllantirildi. Olingan natijalar adaptiv boshqaruv tizimining korxona raqobatbardoshligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqladi. Ishlab chiqilgan tavsiyalar milliy sanoat korxonalarining boshqaruv modelini takomillashtirish uchun amaliy asos sifatida xizmat qildi.
