Abstract

The article provides a systematic analysis of the key factors influencing income diversification in the context of an innovative economy. It highlights the role of human 523 capital, digitalization, entrepreneurial activity, and institutional support in shaping income structures. Based on statistical data, the study examines income source diversity among youth, women, and rural populations. The findings offer theoretical and p ractical recommendations aimed at strengthening economic resilience and reducing inequality through diversification.
