OZIQ-OVQAT XAVFSIZLIGINI TAʼMINLASHDA RISKLARNI BAHOLASH

Abstract

Ushbu maqola oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini taʼminlashda xavflarni koʻp omilli baholash modeli (Multi-Factor Risk Assessment – MFRA) qoʻllanilishining ahamiyatini oʻrganadi. Iqlim oʻzgarishi, logistika va saqlash, biologik xavflar, kimyoviy kontaminatsiya hamda genetik modifikatsiya oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining sifatiga va isteʼmolchilar salomatligiga bevosita taʼsir qiluvchi asosiy omillar sifatida baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni koʻrsatdiki, iqlim oʻzgarishi va taʼminot zanjiri muammolari eng katta xavf omillaridir (r = 0.75). Biologik va kimyoviy kontaminatsiya xavflari oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlik r = 0.70 boʻlib, mikrobiologik va kimyoviy ifloslanishning birgalikda yuzaga kelishini koʻrsatadi. Tadqiqot MFRA modeli asosida xavf tahlilini oʻtkazish va monitoring tizimlarini takomillashtirish zarurligini koʻrsatdi.
