AGROKLASTERLAR TIZIMINI EKONOMETRIK MODELLAR ASOSIDA OPTIMALLASHTIRISHNING ZAMONAVIY USLUBIY YONDOSHUVLARI

Abstract
Agroklasterlar tizimini samarali rivojlantirish va boshqarish iqtisodiy oʻsishning muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot agroklasterlarning optimal tuzilishini aniqlash va ularning iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida zamonaviy ekonometrik modellar asosida tahlil usullarini oʻrganishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida VAR (Vector Autoregression) va VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) modellaridan foydalanib, agroklasterlarning ichki va tashqi oʻzgaruvchilariga taʼsir etuvchi omillar baholanadi. Bundan tashqari, dinamik panel maʼlumotlar modellarini (GMM — Generalized Method of Moments) qoʻllash orqali vaqt oʻtishi bilan klasterlar rivojlanishining asosiy determinantlari aniqlanadi. Shuningdek, agroklasterlarni segmentatsiya qilish va optimallashtirish uchun K-means va Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) kabi mashinaviy oʻrganish usullaridan foydalaniladi. Ushbu yondashuv agroklasterlarning xususiyatlarini chuqur tahlil qilish va ularning rivojlanishiga yoʻnaltirilgan strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishga imkon beradi.Tadqiqotda, shuningdek, oʻsish diagnostikasi modeli (Growth Diagnostics) asosida agroklasterlarning rivojlanishiga toʻsqinlik qiluvchi asosiy cheklovlar aniqlanadi. Bu esa investitsion va innovatsion siyosatni takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Tahlillar natijasida zamonaviy ekonometrik modellar asosida agroklasterlarning optimal ishlash strategiyalari ishlab chiqilib, ularning barqaror rivojlanishiga yoʻnaltirilgan ilmiyamaliy tavsiyalar shakllantiriladi. Ushbu tadqiqot agroklasterlar tizimini tahlil qilish, prognozlash va samaradorligini oshirish uchun kompleks yondashuvlarni qoʻllashning dolzarbligini asoslaydi.References
