Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistonning davlat moliyasi boshqaruvi tizimi doirasida byudjet samaradorligi tushunchasi yoritiladi. Unda byudjet ijrosining samaradorligini baholashda qoʻllaniladigan asosiy koʻrsatkichlar va mezonlar, shuningdek, ushbu baholashni qoʻl lab-quvvatlovchi institutsional mexanizmlar hamda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar bayon etilgan. Milliy byudjet hujjatlari va normativ -huquqiy asoslarni tahlil qilishga tayangan sifat va tahliliy metodlar orqali tadqiqot mavjud holatni aniqlaydi hamda byu djet samaradorligini oshirish boʻyicha siyosiy tavsiyalarni ilgari suradi.
