Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования механизмов управления эффективным использованием ресурсов в условиях развития «зелёной» экономики. На основе анализа глобальных тенденций ресурсопотребления, статистических данных международных организаций и современных научных подходов были выявлены ключевые проблемы ресурсоэффективности. Предложена концептуальная модель интегрированного управления, включающая экологическое регулирование, экономическое стимулирование и институциональное обеспечение. Подчёркнуто, что реализация системного подхода способствует снижению экологических рисков при сохранении экономического роста. Установлено, что согласование стратегического, отраслевого и корпоративного уровней управления позволяет достигать синергетического эффекта. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для разработки политики «зелёной» трансформации в развивающихся странах.
