Abstract

Maqolada inson resurslarini rivojlantirishda ilmiy va taʼlimiy integratsiya jarayonlari nazariy va qiyosiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Inson kapitali nazariyasi asosida taʼlim va mehnat bozori oʻrtasidagi oʻzaro bogʻliqlik tavsiflandi. Dual, kooperativ va aralash integratsiya modellari xalqaro tajriba misolida solishtirildi. OECD, UNESCO, Jahon banki va ILO maʼlumotlari asosida taʼlim sifati, bandlik va iqtisodiy oʻsish oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlik aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari integratsion mexanizmlarning kadrlar sifatiga ijobiy taʼsirini koʻrsatdi. Taʼlim tizimini mehnat bozori talablariga moslashtirish, uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishni kengaytirish va institutsional hamkorlikni kuchaytirish boʻyicha amaliy yoʻnalishlar ishlab chiqildi.
