Abstract

Ushbu tezisda toʻqimachilik sanoatida investitsion loyihalarni boshqarish metodologiyasini takomillashtirishning xalqaro tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Turkiya, Vyetnam, Bangladesh va Oʻzbekiston toʻqimachilik sanoatidagi investitsion loyihalar boshqaruvi solishtirma tahlilga tortilgan. Stage-Gate modeli, PMBOK standarti va UNIDO metodologiyalari kontekstida loyihalarni boshqarishning samarali usullari oʻrganilgan.
