ISTIQBOLDA MINTAQANING BARQAROR RIVOJLANISHIGA IQLIM OʻZGARISHLARI TAʼSIRINI BAHOLASHNING USLUBIY ASOSLARI

Abstract
Maqolada istiqbolda mintaqaning barqaror rivojlanishiga iqlim oʻzgarishlari taʼsirini baholashning uslubiy asoslari koʻrib chiqildi. Tadqiqotchi xalqaro metodologik yondashuvlarni - taʼsirlanish, sezgirlik va moslashuv salohiyatidan tashkil topgan zaiflik modelini hamda harakatlantiruvchi kuch-bosim-holat-taʼsir-javob (DPSIR) tuzilmasini yagona tizimga birlashtirdi. Oʻzbekiston misolida kuzatilgan harorat tendensiyalari va suv resurslariga oid tasdiqlangan maʼlumotlar asosida indikatorlarni tanlash, normallashtirish hamda vaznlash tartibi izchil bayon etildi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv nazariy asoslarni amaliy indikatorlar bilan izchil bogʻladi va har bir oʻlchamni tasdiqlangan ochiq manbalarga tayadi. Mintaqaviy darajada iqlim taʼsirini oʻlchaydigan tarkibiy jadval ishlab chiqildi va uning maʼlumot manbalari aniq belgilandi. Olingan natijalar moslashuv siyosatini dalillarga asoslangan tarzda shakllantirishga, monitoring tizimini mustahkamlashga va resurslarni samarali taqsimlashga xizmat qildi. Taklif etilgan uslubiy model mintaqaviy rejalashtirishda amaliy qoʻllanish imkoniyatini namoyish etdi.References
