MINTAQA IQTISODIYOTIDA ENERGETIKA INFRATUZILMASINI BAHOLASHNING XORIJIY TAJRIBASI VA METODOLOGIK YONDASHUVLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada mintaqa iqtisodiyotida energetika infratuzilmasini baholashning xorijiy tajribasi va metodologik yondashuvlari oʻrganildi. Tadqiqot davomida energetika infratuzilmasini baholashga oid xalqaro usullar qiyosiy tahlil qilindi, kompozit indikatorlar, nisbiy samaradorlik modellari hamda diagnostik yondashuvlarning afzalliklari umumlashtirildi. Xalqaro tajriba asosida mintaqaviy baholashning konseptual modeli ishlab chiqildi va uni Oʻzbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari asoslandi. Tadqiqot natijalari energetika infratuzilmasini kompleks baholash investitsiya resurslarini samarali yoʻnaltirish, hududlararo tafovutlarni kamaytirish, energiya taʼminoti ishonchliligini oshirish hamda barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanishni qoʻllab-quvvatlashga xizmat qilganini koʻrsatdi.
