TOʻQIMACHILIK SANOATIDA INVESTITSION LOYIHALARNI BOSHQARISHDA LOYIHA MANFAATDOR TOMONLARI OʻRTASIDAGI HAMKORLIK SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH MEXANIZMLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada toʻqimachilik sanoatida investitsion loyihalarni boshqarishda loyiha manfaatdor tomonlari oʻrtasidagi hamkorlik samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida manfaatdor tomonlar nazariyasi, loyiha boshqaruvi yondashuvlari hamda institutsional-shartnomaviy, ishonch va kommunikatsiya, ragʻbatlantirish va qiymatni birgalikda yaratishga asoslangan mexanizmlar qiyosiy baholandi. Olingan natijalar manfaatdor tomonlar manfaatlarini muvofiqlashtirish, samarali muloqotni yoʻlga qoʻyish va boshqaruvning integratsiyalashgan modelini qoʻllash investitsion loyihalarning muvaffaqiyatini hamda tarmoqning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qilganini koʻrsatdi. Toʻqimachilik klasterlari sharoitida hamkorlikni takomillashtirishning konseptual modeli ilmiy asoslandi.
