MINTAQAVIY RIVOJLANISHNING IJTIMOIY-IQTISODIY SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mintaqaviy rivojlanishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishning nazariy va metodologik asoslari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda oʻsish qutblari, eksport bazasi, endogen oʻsish, yangi iqtisodiy geografiya, klaster va hududiy raqobatbardoshlik yondashuvlari qiyosiy umumlashtirildi. Resurs, transformatsion va natijaviy boʻgʻinlardan iborat konseptual model ishlab chiqildi. Samaradorlikni baholashda maʼlumotlar qobigʻini tahlil qilish, iyerarxiyalarni tahlil qilish va kompozit indekslar metodologiyasidan foydalanish asoslandi. Olingan natijalar hududiy resurslardan samarali foydalanish, institutsional muvofiqlikni kuchaytirish, ijtimoiy farovonlikni oshirish va boshqaruv qarorlarini dalillarga asoslash imkoniyatlarini koʻrsatdi. Taklif etilgan model hududiy rivojlanish samaradorligini izchil monitoring qilish, hududlararo tafovutlarni aniqlash va ustuvor rivojlanish yoʻnalishlarini belgilash uchun ilmiy asos yaratdi.
