MADANIY MEROS OBYEKTLARI SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISHNING TASHKILIY-IQTISODIY MEXANIZMI: TARKIBI, VOSITALARI VA EMPIRIK SAMARASI

Abstract

Tadqiqotda madaniy meros obyektlari samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmning tarkibi, vositalari va empirik samarasi tahlil qilindi. 2000-2026-yillarda nashr etilgan 60 ta xorijiy manba beshta tahliliy mezon asosida kodlashtirildi. Institutsional, moliyaviy, bozor va raqamli bloklardan iborat mexanizm asoslandi, boshqaruv modellari, moliyalashtirish manbalari, narx segmentatsiyasi va sigʻim nazorati vositalari qiyoslandi. Natijalar institutsional choralar barqaror oʻsishni, raqamli va ishtirokchilik vositalari esa past bazadan yuqori oʻsish surʼatlarini taʼminlaganini koʻrsatdi. Meros rentasining bir qismini konservatsiyaga qayta yoʻnaltirish mexanizmning uzoq muddatli barqarorligini kuchaytirgani, vositalarni obyektning iqtisodiy hayot sikliga mos qoʻllash esa natijadorlikni oshirgani aniqlandi. Qiyosiy tahlil mexanizm bloklarining oʻzaro bogʻliqligi iqtisodiy samaradorlik va merosni asrash maqsadlarini uygʻunlashtirganini ham tasdiqladi.
