Abstract

The green economy has important theoretical foundations for ensuring sustainable development and aims to harmonize environmental sustainability and economic growth. This article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the green economy and its significance in the housing and communal services sector. It examines how principles such as rational resource use, increasing energy efficiency, and ensuring environmental safety can be applied in this field. The implementation of green economy principles is analyzed in terms of its role in improving the efficiency of housing and communal services, environmental protection, and sustainable development. The research results demonstrate the practical significance of green economy principles in enhancing housing and communal services.
