MECHANISMS FOR INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEM IN BANK MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This article analyzes the mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in bank management. It discusses the main functions of CRM systems, the necessary approaches for their effective № 10-SON OKTA BR, 2025 -YIL 370 implementation within organizations, and practical mechanisms for improving customer relations. For banks, CRM systems are not only an important tool for enhancing service quality but also for strengthening customer loyalty and increasing competitiveness. The article also examines the challenges faced by commercial banks in Uzbekistan when implementing CRM systems and suggests solutions to address these issues.
