ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE MECHANISM OF ATTRACTING DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENTS TO THE ECONOMY

Abstract

This article provides a systematic analysis of the key factors influencing the mechanisms of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) into the economy of Uzbekistan. It evaluates the impact of market size, inflation rate, exchange rate stability, interes t rates, external debt, political and legal stability, quality of governance, tax policy, and institutional infrastructure on FDI inflows. The findings enable the development of practical recommendations for improving foreign investment attraction mechanis ms, enhancing the investment climate, and ensuring economic stability.
