WAYS TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY BY USING INNOVATIVE MODELS OF REVERSE LOGISTICS IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
Abstract
The article focuses on enhancing efficiency in Uzbekistanʼs e -commerce through the application of innovative reverse logistics models. The study discusses organizing reverse logistics based on a regionally adaptive model, adopting digital technologies 135 (blockchain, geolocation, mobile apps), and collaborating with international logistics operators. It proposes automating return processes, leveraging local partner networks (postal services, stores), and ensuring environmental sustainability. The article p resents strategies for developing reverse logistics, considering Uzbekistanʼs infrastructure limitations, legislative gaps, and local mentality, thereby fostering customer trust and economic benefits.
