INCREASING ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVENESS THROUGH EFFECTIVE HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This study is devoted to examining ways to enhance enterprise competitiveness through effective human capital management . The paper analyzes the essence of human capital , mechanisms for its assessment and development , as well as their impact on enterprise performance . The research highlights the main directions of human capital management , including employee potential assessment , skills development , and the improvement of motivation and incentive systems . Based on the obtained results , practical recommendations are proposed to increase labor productivity , strengthen innovative activity , and enhance enterprise competitiveness . The findings of the study are relevant for managerial practice and academic research .
