Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ishlab chiqarish va boshqaruv jarayonlariga ERP, DMS va AIS kabi axborot tizimlarini joriy etishning samarali yo‘l lari tahlil qilingan. Raqamli texnologiyalarni qo‘llash natijasida korxonalarda ish jarayonlari optimallashtiriladi, xarajatlar kamayadi hamda mahsulot sifati oshadi. Shuningdek, moliyaviy nazoratning kuchayishi va hujjat aylanishining xavfsizligini ta’min lash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot davomida texnologiyalarni joriy etishning tashkiliy -iqtisodiy afzalliklari aniqlanib, ularni samarali qo‘llash bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
