THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECURITY MARKETS IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES
Abstract
This article analyzes the formation and development processes of the securities markets in developed countries, their main characteristics, institutional foundations, and the role of investor activity. It also examines the technological infrastructure of t he markets, regulatory mechanisms, and the diversification of financial instruments. Based on the experience of developed countries, the key factors for improving the efficiency of the capital market have been identified. This experience holds practical 280 significance for enhancing the national securities market in developing countries such as Uzbekistan.
