Abstract

Digital transformation, that is, the use of modern digital technologies and innovations in the industrial sector, is of great importance in all aspects of business today. This article examines how digital transformation affects strategic decision - making in traditional industries. It is known that digital transformation has a significant 381 impact on business operations, market strategies, and production systems. Modern digital technologies also help to develop innovations and increase efficiency in industry. In the article, we will consider the role of digital transformation in strategic decision -making and what innovations it has brought to the industry.
