Abstract
The wide -ranging changes observed in modern production are leading to the improvement and enrichment of organizational relations in the theory and practice of management. The main change is associated with the transition from the principle of mutual subordination to the principle of equal cooperation. This article is devoted to the disclosure of management models based on these principles and the identification of differences between them.
