STRATEGIES FOR MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING PERSONNEL COMPETENCE IN THE PRIVATIZATION PROCESS OF STATE PARTICIPATED ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article highlights the development strategies of state-owned enterprises in Uzbekistan, which allow not to lose the human potential in the process of privatization, but on the contrary. The author analyzes the main personnel problems that arise during the period of privatization, compares foreign experience based on the analysis and offers optimal strategies for Uzbekistan.
