Abstract
As a result of large -scale empirical studies, which began in the 90s of the 20 th century in Western Europe and the United States, various employment manifestations and labor relations were formed, but they have little data on freelancing activities or digital technologies. The development of freelancers, in turn, is inextricably linked with the internet system and the events and phenomena taking place in it.
