ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES OF SYNTHETIC AND CHEMICAL FIBERS IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article presents a scientific and theoretical analysis of the economic advantages of using artificial and chemical fibers in the textile industry. The study explores factors such as low raw material costs, shortened production cycles, savings on energy and transportation, high export potential, and the opportunity to localize production using domestic resources. Furthermore, the role of synthetic fibers in import -substitution strategies in the context of Uzbekistan is critically examined.
