Abstract
Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada jamoat transporti tizimida marketing strategiyasini ishlab
chiqish va amalga oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda marketing mix
konsepsiyasi, bozor segmentatsiyasi hamda raqamli axborot kanallarining yo‘lovchilar
oqimiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Metodologik asos sifatida xizmat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari, mijoz
qoniqishi modellari va qiyosiy tahlil usullari qo‘llanildi. Xorijiy va O‘zbekiston
tajribasi qiyosiy baholandi. Natijalar marketing strategiyasini xizmat sifati va axborot
tizimlari bilan integratsiyalash yo‘lovchilar sonini oshirishga ta’sir ko‘rsatishini
ko‘rsatdi. Tahlil asosida transport operatorlari uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
Marketing funksiyasini institutsional darajada rivojlantirish, raqamli kommunikatsiya
kanallarini kengaytirish va yo‘lovchilar qoniqishini muntazam monitoring qilish
zarurligi asoslandi.
