XIZMATLAR BOZORIDA TRANSPORT KORXONALARI MARKETING STRATEGIYASINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH YOʻLLARI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada transport xizmatlari bozorida marketing strategiyasini
takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida xizmat marketingining oʻziga xos xususiyatlari, 7P marketing aralashmasi va xizmat sifati modellarining amaliy ahamiyati oʻrganildi. Transport korxonalarida marketing strategiyasi xizmat sifati, narx siyosati, tarqatish kanallari va mijoz bilan munosabatlar tizimi orqali shakllanishi aniqlandi. Isteʼmolchi ehtiyojlari va xulq-atvori asosida segmentatsiya yondashuvi qoʻllanildi. Raqamli marketing vositalarining strategik ahamiyati belgilandi. Tadqiqot natijalari transport korxonalarida marketing faoliyatini samarali tashkil etish imkoniyatlarini koʻrsatdi.
