OLIY TAʼLIM MUASSASALARINI BOSHQARISHNI IJTIMOIY-IQTISODIY RIVOJLANTIRISHNING ILMIY YONDASHUVLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy taʼlim muassasalarini boshqarishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishdagi ilmiy yondashuvlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda inson kapitali nazariyasi va bilim iqtisodiyoti asosida universitetlarning strategik rivojlanish modeli oʻrganildi. Universitet 3.0 konsepsiyasi doirasida taʼlim, ilmiy tadqiqot va innovatsiyalar integratsiyasi, moliyaviy mustaqillik hamda natijalarni iqtisodiyotga transfer qilish mexanizmlari baholandi. Institutsional va barqaror rivojlanish yondashuvlari oliy taʼlim tizimi samaradorligi va raqobatbardoshligini oshirish omili sifatida aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari milliy islohotlar jarayonida ilmiy asoslangan boshqaruv qarorlarini shakllantirishga xizmat qilgan.
