Annotatsiya
The article analysed the structure and annual pattern of product sales at SAM PULSAR DISTRIBUTORS LLC. Monthly company records for 2025 were examined using systemic, structural, comparative, and dynamic analysis. Sales volumes, revenue, and revenue shares were assessed for PULS, GALAXY, and MOHITO drinks. Monthly seasonality indices, summer sales concentration, and half-year results were calculated. All groups recorded peak sales in July and higher volumes in the second half-year. A management cycle linking demand monitoring, assortment decisions, purchasing, and distribution was proposed. Recommendations addressed aligning inventories with sales patterns, scheduling promotions, digitalising order processing, and planning delivery routes to retail outlets.
