MINTAQADA MEHNAT RESURSLARI DINAMIKASINI EKONOMETRIK MODELLASHTIRISHNING XORIJIY TAJRIBALARI
Annotatsiya
Maqolada mehnat resurslaridan foydalanish dinamikasini ekonometrik modellashtirish boʻyicha xorijiy tajribalar chuqur tahlil etilgan boʻlib, ayniqsa, global pandemiya va iqtisodiy tebranishlarning xalqaro mehnat bozori rivojlanishiga koʻrsatgan taʼsiri ust uvor eʼtiborga olingan. Tadqiqotda pandemiya sharoitida yuzaga kelgan iqtisodiy beqarorlik omillari mehnat bozorining barqarorligiga salbiy taʼsir koʻrsatgani ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Xususan, ishchi kuchi bozorida yuzaga kelgan asosiy strukturaviy muammol ar sifatida yoshlar orasida ishsizlik darajasining oshishi, toʻliq boʻlmagan bandlik koʻlamining kengayishi, norasmiy mehnatning ortishi, shuningdek, gender va malaka darajasiga asoslangan bandlik tengsizliklari aniqlangan. Mazkur masalalarning har biri iq tisodiy modellar orqali empirik tahlil qilinib, turli davlatlar misolida amaliy natijalar bilan asoslab berilgan. Bu esa pandemiya kabi global inqirozlar davrida mehnat bozorining moslashuvchanlik darajasini baholash va samarali siyosiy choralarni ishlab c hiqishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini koʻrsatadi.
