Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellektning inson kapitalini baholash jarayonlaridagi
o‘rni va ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotda xodimlarni tanlash, faoliyat samaradorligini
baholash, kasbiy rivojlanishni rejalashtirish hamda ishchi kuchiga bo‘lgan ehtiyojlarni
prognozlashda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi.
Natijalar sun’iy intellekt ma’lumotlarni tezkor qayta ishlash, kompetensiyalarni
aniqlash va rivojlantirish ehtiyojlarini baholash samaradorligini oshirganini ko‘rsatdi.
Shaffoflik, adolatlilik, tushuntiriluvchanlik va inson nazorati tamoyillari sun’iy
intellekt asosidagi baholash tizimlarining ishonchliligini ta’minlagani asoslandi.
Tadqiqot inson markazli boshqaruv yondashuvi tashkilotlarda strategik qarorlar sifatini
