Annotatsiya

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education is rapidly reshaping learning environments and administrative processes, driven by the need for institutions to enhance student learning experiences, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to changing societal demands. This study examines both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI implementation in higher education institutions (HEIs), drawing on a qualitative analysis of relevant literature and case studies from various countries, including the United States, Europe, and Australia. Through a thick description of the associated phenomena, this article elucidates the multifaceted role of AI in transforming higher education and posits that while significant challenges must be addressed, the potential for enhanced learning experiences and operational efficiencies presents a compelling case for AI adoption.
