Annotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida inson resurslarini boshqarishning oʻziga xos jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) tamoyillarining nazariy asoslari, amaliy qoʻllanilishi, huquqiy va moliyaviy jihatlari oʻrganiladi. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida yashil iqtisodiyot strategiyasiga muvofiq, ekologik ong asosida kadrlarni yollash, tayyorlash, baholash va ragʻbatlantirish mexanizmlarining shakllanishi tadqiq etiladi. GHRMning barqaror rivojlanish va raqobatbardoshlikka taʼsiri ham chuqur tahlil qilinadi.
