Ushbu maqolada xalqaro franshizalar faoliyatining rivojlanishiga taʼsir etuvchi nazariy va uslubiy asoslar oʻrganilgan. Franshiza biznes modelining global miqyosdagi evolyutsiyasi, iqtisodiy, huquqiy va madaniy omillar, shuningdek, uslubiy yondashuvlar tah lil qilingan.
