Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada Olmazor tumanida ijtimoiy -iqtisodiy rivojlanishni boshqarishda innovatsion strategiyalarning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — raqamli texnologiyalar, jamoatchilik ishtiroki va resurslardan samarali foydalanish orqali mahalli y sharoitga mos barqaror rivojlanish yoʻllarini aniqlashdan iborat. Baholash uchun iyerarxiya tahlili usuli (AHP) va 2010 –2023 yillarga oid panel maʼlumotlar toʻplamidan foydalanilgan. AHP yordamida turli boshqaruv strategiyalari ustuvorlik mezonlari asosi da baholangan, panel maʼlumotlar esa bu strategiyalarning vaqt oʻtishi bilan ijtimoiy -iqtisodiy koʻrsatkichlarga taʼsirini aniqlash imkonini bergan. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli transformatsiya va jamoatchilik ishtirokining eng samarali yondashuvlar ekanini koʻrsatdi. Resurslarni barqaror boshqarish ham uzoq muddatli foydali taʼsirga ega boʻlishi mumkin. Tadqiqot texnologik innovatsiyalarni ishtirokchilik asosidagi boshqaruv bilan birlashtirish orqali mahalliy rivojlanishga erishish mumkinligini asoslaydi. U shbu xulosalar boshqa shunga oʻxshash shahar hududlarida ham amaliy qoʻllanishi mumkin boʻlgan strategik yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
