MINTAQADA XIZMAT KOʻRSATISH SOHASI SAMARADORLIGINI OʻLCHASHNING ZAMONAVIY STATISTIK VA EKONOMETRIK USULLARI

Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada mintaqada xizmat koʻrsatish sohasi samaradorligini oʻlchashning zamonaviy statistik va ekonometrik usullari ilmiy jihatdan tizimlashtirildi. Tadqiqotda DEA, SFA, BCC, SBM, Malmquist indeksi va panel ekonometrik yondashuvlarning nazariy asoslari hamda qoʻllash shartlari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Xizmatlar sohasining koʻp mahsulotli xususiyatini hisobga olgan holda kirish va chiqish koʻrsatkichlarini tanlash mezonlari asoslandi. Natijalar noparametrik chegaraviy baholash, Malmquist parchalanishi va butstrepli regressiyani ketma-ket qoʻllash mintaqaviy samaradorlikni ishonchli baholash imkonini berganini koʻrsatdi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv hududlararo taqqoslash, samaradorlik omillarini aniqlash, statistik monitoringni takomillashtirish va boshqaruv qarorlarini dalillarga asoslash uchun yaxlit metodik asos yaratdi. Hududiy xizmatlar tizimida resurslardan foydalanish, texnologik oʻzgarishlar va vaqt boʻyicha samaradorlik dinamikasini birgalikda baholash zarurligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslandi. Ushbu yondashuv amaliy tahlil aniqligini ham oshirdi.
