Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada xizmat koʻrsatish sohasi samaradorligini DEA va panel regressiya modellari asosida ekonometrik baholashning ikki bosqichli metodikasi ilmiy jihatdan asoslandi. Tadqiqotda CCR, BCC, superssamaradorlik, SBM va Malmquist indekslari yordamida hududlarning nisbiy samaradorligini oʻlchash imkoniyatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Ikkinchi bosqichda butstrepli kesilgan regressiya, qatʼiy va tasodifiy effektlar hamda dinamik panel modellarining qoʻllanish shartlari tizimlashtirildi. Rasmiy statistik maʼlumotlar metodikaning amaliy qoʻllanish imkoniyatlarini tasdiqladi. Natijalar chegaraviy baholash va panel ekonometrikasini uygʻunlashtirish samaradorlik farqlarini aniqlash, ularning omillarini izohlash va hududiy boshqaruv qarorlarini asoslash imkonini berganini koʻrsatdi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv xizmatlar sohasida resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligini baholash, texnologik oʻzgarishlarni kuzatish va hududlararo qiyoslashni takomillashtirish uchun yaxlit ilmiy asos yaratdi.
