Annotatsiya

Tadqiqotda oliy taʼlim muassasalarida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida talabalar fikrlari Big Data texnologiyalari asosida tahlil qilindi. Maʼlumotlar onlayn platformalar, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va soʻrovnomalar orqali yigʻildi. Sentiment tahlili, mavzu mode llashtirish va SWOT tahlili yordamida asosiy muammolar va imkoniyatlar aniqlandi. Natijalar universitetlar uchun raqamli xizmatlarni rivojlantirish, talaba qoniqishini oshirish va marketing strategiyasini takomillashtirishga asos yaratdi.
