Annotatsiya

Mazkur tadqiqot umumiy ovqatlanish (UO) tarmogʻida franshizing va klaster yondashuvini integratsiyalash orqali samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan tashkiliy - iqtisodiy mexanizmni ishlab chiqishga bagʻishlangan. Ushbu yondashuvda tarmoq subyektlari oʻrtasid agi vertikal (franshiza zanjiri) va gorizontal (klaster sinergiyasi) integratsiya iqtisodiy barqarorlik, innovatsion faollik hamda hududiy oʻsishning muvofiqlashtirilgan tizimi sifatida qaraladi. Mexanizmning konseptual bazasi quyidagi nazariy paradigmalar ga tayangan: resursga asoslangan qarash (Resource -Based View, RBV), bilim transferi va replikatsiya strategiyalari, aglomeratsiya hamda klaster iqtisodiyotlari, koʻp birlikli franshizing (Multi -Unit Franchising) evolyutsion modeli. Mazkur nazariy yondashuv lar asosida franshizing va klaster modelining oʻzaro uygʻunlashuvi tarmoqning innovatsion oʻsishini tezlashtiruvchi mexanizm sifatida izohlanadi.
