Mazkur maqolada kichik biznes subyektlarida raqamli marketing texnologiyalarini joriy etishning amaliy holati va innovatsion yondashuvlar darajasi oʻrganildi. Soʻrovnoma va intervyu asosida toʻplangan maʼlumotlar asosida platformalardan foydalanish, mijozl ar bilan aloqalar sifati va transformatsiyaga tayyorgarlik baholangan. Tahlil natijalari kichik korxonalar raqamli vositalarga qiziqish bildirayotganini, biroq ulardan samarali foydalanishda tizimlilik, malaka va texnik resurslar yetishmayotganini koʻrsatd i. Muammo va imkoniyatlar asosida amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
