Ushbu tadqiqotda xarid qarorlarini qabul qilish jarayonida uchraydigan asosiy psixologik va axborotga oid toʻsiqlar oʻrganildi. Emotsional reaktsiyalar, axborot ortiqligi va kognitiv qisqartmalarning isteʼmolchilar xatti -harakatlariga taʼsiri empirik maʼlu motlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Regression va korrelyatsion modellar yordamida xarid chastotasi , narxga asoslangan baholash va hissiy buzilishlar oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlik aniqlab berildi .
