INNOVATSION IQTISODIYOTNI SHAKLLANTIRISHDAGI ILGʻOR XORIJ MAMLAKATLAR TAJRIBASI

Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqola ilgʻor xorij mamlakatlarining innovatsion iqtisodiyotni shakllantirishdagi tajribasini sistematik adabiyot sharhi (SLR) orqali tahlil qiladi. PRISMA yoʻriqnomasiga asoslangan usulda Scopus, Web of Science va ResearchGate bazalaridan soʻnggi yi llarda chop etilgan bir nechta ilmiy manba tematik tahlil qilingan. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi, Yaponiya va Janubiy Koreya kabi davlatlarda koʻpmillatli korporatsiyalar, global qiymat zanjirlari va rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlarda innovatsiyalar muvaffaqiyatli rivojlantirilgan. Sunʼiy intellekt, raqamli transformatsiya va barqaror rivojlanish tendensiyalarini hisobga olgan holda, oʻtish davridagi iqtisodiyotlar uchun R&D xarajatlari oshirish, xususiy sektor investitsiyalarini ragʻb atlantirish va global hamkorlikni kuchaytirish taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda innovatsiya siyosatini ilgʻor tajribaga moslashtirish zarurligini taʼkidlaydi.
