Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqola oliy taʼlim muassasalarida (OTM) strategik boshqaruvni takomillashtirishning nazariy -konseptual asoslarini, barqaror raqobat ustunliklarini shakllantirish orqali amalga oshirish yoʻllarini oʻrganadi. 2012 –2022 -yillarda Scopus va Web of Science bazalarida indekslangan 30 ta ilmiy manbaga asoslangan narrativ adabiyotlar sharhi orqali raqobat, raqobatbardoshlik va barqaror raqobat ustunligi tushunchalari tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy mavzular, raqobat manbalari va turlari, ularning ijobiy va salbiy oqib atlari, takomillashtirish strategiyalari hamda konseptual bogʻlanishlar koʻrib chiqiladi. Xulosalar bir -biriga mantiqiy bogʻlangan holda taqdim etilib, rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda (shu jumladan Markaziy Osiyo) nazariy asoslar takomillashtirilgan. Maqola ekonometrik tahlillarsiz, faqat nazariy va konseptual yondashuvga asoslangan.
