Annotatsiya

Maqolada “aqlli shahar” texnologiyalarini uy -joy kommunal xoʻjaligini boshqarish tizimiga joriy etishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilingan. “Smart city” konsepsiyasi raqamli platformalar, Internet narsalar tizimi (IoT), sunʼiy intellekt va katta maʼlumotlar texnologiyalariga asoslangan innovatsion shahar infratuzilmasi modeli sifatida yoritilgan. Anʼanaviy boshqaruv shakllaridan samaradorlik, shaffoflik va barqarorlikni taʼminlaydigan intellektual yondashuvlarga oʻtish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
