Ushbu maqolada bank sektorida mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni marketing tamoyillari asosida tartibga solish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish orqali mijozlar sodiqligini oshirish yoʻllari oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqotda munosabatlar marketingi nazariyasi, ishonch -sadoqat modeli va mijozlarni boshqarish tizimlarining (CRM) integratsiyalashgan yondashuvi qoʻllanilgan. Raqamli transformatsiya va shaxsiylashtirilgan xizmatlar mijozlarni saqlab qolish darajasini oshirish imkonini bergan.
