Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqola O‘zbekiston Respublikasi mehnat bozori doirasida hududlararo o‘zaro ta’sirlarni miqdoriy baholashga bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, unda asosiy komponentlar tahlili (PCA ) va DEMATEL algoritmining soddalashtirilgan variantini integratsiyalashga asoslangan modifikatsiyalangan gravitatsion model qo‘llaniladi . Tadqiqotda hududiy mehnat bozorining holati va tuzilmasini tavsiflovchi beshta asosiy indikator asosida mintaqaning «mehnat massasi »ni shakllantirish yondashuvi taklif etilgan . Hududlar o‘rtasidagi potensial mehnat oqimlari intensivligini fazoviy omilni hisobga olgan holda aks ettiruvchi gravitatsion o‘zaro ta’sirlar matritsasi tuzilgan . Iqtisodiy tortishish markazlari va periferik hududlar aniqlangan . Tadqiqot natijalari № 1 -SON YANVA R, 202 6-YIL 365 O‘zbekiston mehnat bozorida yaqqol fazoviy notekislik mavjudligini ko‘rsatib , barqaror mehnat markazlari (Toshkent shahri , Toshkent viloyati , Farg‘ona vodiysi ) hamda bog‘liqligi cheklangan hududlar mavjudligini tasdiqlaydi . Taklif etilgan yondashuv hududiy bandlik dasturlarini ishlab chiqishda nomutanosibliklarni monitoring qilish va fazoviy omillarning mehnat bozori dinamikasiga ta’sirini baholashda qo‘llanishi mumkin .
