MOLIYAVIY TASHKILOTLARDA INSON KAPITALIDAN SAMARALIFOYDALANISH IMKONIYATLARI

Ushbu maqolada moliyaviy tashkilotlarda inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanish
imkoniyatlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot maqsadi - rivojlangan va
rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlardagi bank va moliya sektorida inson kapitalini
boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlarini qiyosiy tahlil qilish va Oʻzbekiston
moliyaviy tashkilotlari uchun ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
Tadqiqotda empirik va miqdoriy usullar, shu jumladan korrelyatsion-regressiya tahlili,
ekspert baholash va benchmarking metodologiyasidan foydalanilgan. Natijalar shuni
koʻrsatadiki, inson kapitaliga yoʻnaltirilgan investitsiyalar moliyaviy tashkilotlarning
samaradorligini oʻrtacha 23-31% ga oshiradi. Oʻzbekiston bank sektorida inson
kapitali boshqaruvining asosiy muammolari aniqlangan: kadrlar aylanmasi yuqori
darajasi (34,7%), raqamli kompetensiyalar yetishmasligi (67% xodimlarda), strategik
kadrlar rejalashtirish tizimining zaifligi. Tadqiqot natijalari Oʻzbekistondagi moliyaviy
tashkilotlar uchun inson kapitalini rivojlantirishning integrativ modelini taklif etadi.
