Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada koʻp xonadonli uy-joy fondida kommunal xizmatlar koʻrsatish
tizimining iqtisodiy mohiyati hamda uning infratuzilma tizimidagi oʻrni nazariy
jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Kommunal xizmatlar tizimining asosiy iqtisodiy xususiyatlari,
jumladan kapital talab qiluvchanlik, uzluksizlik, tabiiy monopoliya xususiyati, ijtimoiy
ahamiyati hamda davlat tomonidan tartibga solinishi kabi jihatlar yoritilgan.
Shuningdek, kommunal xizmatlar sifati tushunchasi, uni baholash mezonlari hamda
koʻp xonadonli uy-joy fondida xizmatlar sifatini taʼminlashga taʼsir etuvchi omillar
tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida kommunal xizmatlar tizimining samaradorligi uy-joy
fondini boshqarish mexanizmlari, muhandislik infratuzilmasining texnik holati hamda
tashkiliy-iqtisodiy omillar bilan chambarchas bogʻliqligi asoslab berilgan.
