Annotatsiya

Maqolada Parkent tumanida Oltin Bel togʻ -kurort zonasini rivojlantirish jarayoni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda GIS (maʼlumotli geografik tahlil), SWOT va taqqoslama marketing usullari qoʻllanilib, hududning turizm rivojlanishiga taʼsir etuvchi fizik - geografi k hamda marketing omillari baholandi. Natijalar Parkent hududining shimoliy yonbagʻirlari balandlik, nishablik va ekspozitsiya boʻyicha changʻi turizmi uchun eng mos ekanini koʻrsatdi. Oltin Bel loyihasi uzoq muddatda samarali boʻlishi uchun brending, infr atuzilma va mavsumiylikni yumshatish strategiyalari ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Oʻzbekiston va Markaziy Osiyodagi yangi togʻ -turizm yoʻnalishlarini barqaror rivojlantirish uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
